Immediate medical danger
Seek local emergency assistance immediately. A public information page, personal task list, or pending record correction must not delay urgent care.
CIVIL LIFE GUIDANCE 03
Public safety information states the current released condition, the action a person can take, the responsible service, and the point at which an authenticated or local instruction is required.
The Network does not publish exact protected facility positions, personal medical conditions, security telemetry, private contact routes, or an individual's transfer sequence.
CURRENT SAFETY STATE
WHEN CONDITIONS CHANGE
Seek local emergency assistance immediately. A public information page, personal task list, or pending record correction must not delay urgent care.
Follow the named Core or facility instruction, note its effective time and area, and do not infer an exact hazard boundary from generalized public geography.
Keep the most recent credential-bound instruction, do not travel to an unconfirmed location, and use the identified transport or review service.
Preserve the last verified message, timestamp, sender, and fallback instruction. Treat unverified forwarded instructions as unconfirmed.
SAFETY PRINCIPLE
If an office cannot confirm a condition, the public state must remain unknown or under review. Reassurance without evidence is not a safety control.
