The Network does not publish exact protected facility positions, personal medical conditions, security telemetry, private contact routes, or an individual's transfer sequence.

Keep the most recent credential-bound instruction, do not travel to an unconfirmed location, and use the identified transport or review service.
Communications loss
Preserve the last verified message, timestamp, sender, and fallback instruction. Treat unverified forwarded instructions as unconfirmed.
